Sensitive information — including racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, criminal records or health information — is used only for record maintenance, to fulfil customer service obligations, with your consent, or where required by law.

Client feedback

If you complete our client feedback form, we collect your name, company, email address, project, rating and comments. We use them to respond to you and to improve our services. Your feedback stays private unless you tick the box giving us permission to publish it. If you do, we may publish your comments with your name and company on rpgconsulting.com.au. We never publish your email address. We choose which comments to publish. We may correct obvious spelling mistakes but do not otherwise change your words, and we keep your original comments on file. You can withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your comments from our website. We offer no reward for feedback or reviews. If you choose to review us on Google, Google publishes that review under its own terms and privacy policy. Your feedback is stored on servers in Australia; our website and email service providers may process it overseas while delivering it to us.

Disclosure to third parties

Personal information may be shared with third parties where you have consented, or where the law requires it.

Security and retention

Information is protected from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Data is destroyed when it is no longer needed, though client files are retained for a minimum of seven years.

Accessing and correcting your information

You may access, update or correct your personal information on written request. We may require verification of your identity, and an administrative fee may apply for the provision of copies.
